1. Purpose of the Role
Our client is a commercially successful and fast-growing manufacturer of animal feed additives. Driven by rising global demand, the company is expanding its production capacity while supplying a diverse portfolio to major feed industry key players on every continent. Its innovative additives deliver measurable benefits for animal health and reduce environmental impact.

As Global Key Account Manager – feed additives you will:
  • Own the relationships with several strategically important Benelux-based multinationals that operate worldwide.
  • Manage a select network of regional distributors.
  • Act as the strategic partner who translates Key Clients needs into sustainable, commercial solutions.

  • Strengthen and expand market position, focusing on long-term customer value and ROI.
  • Design and execute commercial strategies that drive cross-selling and portfolio optimisation.
  • Spot emerging market opportunities and convert them into concrete sales targets.
  • Forge strategic collaborations with partners and customers to accelerate growth.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a supportive, close-knit team.
  • Remote working (2 days) is possible, but the organization values you becoming an integral part of the team.

3. Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (commercial or technical).
  • Minimal 7 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in feed additives, premix, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in strategic account management and solution selling.
  • You must be fluent in English (C1/C2); Dutch must be language you want to learn
  • Strong analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and proactive attitude.
  • Effective communicator comfortable with a wide range of international stakeholders.
