1. Purpose of the Role
Our client, an innovative manufacturer of animal feed additives, operates globally with a clear focus on the growth of key clients. In the role of Global Key Account Manager – feed additives, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with several key strategic clients based in the Benelux. These clients operate internationally and are crucial to the organization’s success. Additionally, you will manage a selected group of distributors in the region.


You will work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, focus on strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding cooperation. You will be the face of the company, acting as a strategic partner who translates customer needs into sustainable solutions.
With your strong analytical skills and commercial insight, you will identify growth opportunities and implement sales strategies that contribute to the organization’s objectives.

2. Key Results
  • Establish and expand the market position, with a specific focus on customer relationships and ROI.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to, among other things, enhance cross-selling.
  • Identify market and customer opportunities and translate these into concrete sales objectives.
  • Create strategic collaborations with partners and customers.
  • Ensure a high level of self-reliance within a small, collaborative team culture.
  • Remote working is possible, but the organization values you becoming an integral part of the team.

3. Knowledge and Skills
  • HBO/WO degree, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a commercial B2B role, ideally within feed additives or related sectors.
  • Strong skills in strategic relationship management and sales.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must; basic knowledge (B2/B1) Dutch is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders.
