AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager for a prominent company in the animal nutrition industry. This role is focused on expanding the company’s market share in Latin America (LATAM). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing distributor relationships and optimizing the positioning of high-quality animal nutrition products within the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LATAM market and be fluent in -Spanish and English. Your role will involve developing strategic sales plans, training distributors, and ensuring that the company’s products are effectively positioned to meet market demands. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, contributing to the company’s growth ambitions in the LATAM region.

Key Results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors across Latin America.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Drive sales growth by optimizing distributor management and market positioning.
  • Provide product training and support to distributors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales performance and implement corrective actions 
  • Candidates should be comfortable with traveling approximately four times a year for two weeks each.
  • Flexibility to work from home two days per week.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition or agri-business sectors.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel  quarterly within the LATAM region.
