We are looking for an ambitious International Sales Manager (calf & Piglets) within the feed sector. Our client is a large multinational with a strong focus on innovation. And innovation not just within R&D, but throughout the organization. This company is well known for creating a good workplace for their employees and strive to develop them during their career.
This position is only interesting for someone who wants to develop him/ herself and tries to achieve the next step within the company.
2. Focus
· Focus on acquiring and retaining (new/potential) accounts and strengthen current relations
· Focus on cooperation with other functional disciplines based on proven product portfolio
· Visit customers and monitor the execution of the agreed account plans and promotional activities
· Focus area will be over 20 countries in Europe & Middle East North Africa
· Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments
3. Criteria
· Must have an education within animal science or nutrition (or similar experience)
· Must have Bachelor or Master degree
· Must have at least at least 3 years’ experience within the feed sector
· Must speak fluent English
· Willingness to travel 30-50%
· Ambitious, customer and data driven
4. Selection process
